We have been learning about celebrations around the world. We made Rangoli patterns during Diwali. We used Hama beads to make a pattern, it was a bit tricky!

Ash Class

IWe have been learning about the artist Ellsworth Kelly. We made pictures in the same style as the artist. We used lots of different materials to make our pictures. It was lots of fun!

Larch class have been studying Pointillism during Art lessons. The children created their own pointillism pictures using felt tip pens.

Year 4 have been studying the Tudors. We researched on the internet about Henry VIII’s wives and produced a leaflet to show to the class.

Year 6 have been making slippers in Design Technology. This engaged our skills of planning, designing, sewing and evaluating to produce a detailed and decorative slipper.
